Sical Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have been intimated by its Banker that they have received an attachment notice from the Tamil Nadu Commercial Tax Department to the extent of Rs. 6 crores towards interest liability payable by the Liquor Division (Southern Agrifurane) (SAFL) for the Assessment Years 1982 - 83 to 1987 - 88.
The Company is exploring various options to set-aside the said orders.
